Power on the device by using the Power Button on the right side of the Wise device.
Recommend leaving on dock for charging purposes. The dock for the Wise device plugs in USB-C to USB.
Connecting to the internet is simple: Swipe from left to right on the screen and select “Settings.”
One you type in the admin PIN (0-7-1-3-9), the Admin Options screen will appear.
Select WiFi Settings if you are connecting via WiFi. If you are running an ethernet cord from Wise to Router/Modem, that will plug into the dock of the Wise. The Wise Device will have to remain on the dock for network connection. Once the ethernet cord is plugged in, network connection will immediately be established (Skip Step 6).
Select your WiFi network, type in the password, and a successful connection will be prompted.
From the Admin Options screen, selecting Diagnostics will show all of the connections the device has. The Payment Sending Device (iPad or Desktop - using pos.sksysytemz.com) has to be connected to the same network in order to send payment to the Wise Device.
