If you are using SkySystemz point of sale, you are able to connect your quickbooks through your web dashboard, SkySystemz will communicate every transaction with Quickbooks. The Sky integration is only for the Quickbooks Online version and does not support the desktop version.
When connected with quickbooks, Sky sends all sales receipts with the following information: Transaction Date, Customer Name, Payment Method, Amount, and Merchant Fees (processing fee). This synch occurs at 12am EST daily
Below we will show you the exact steps to achieve this.
1. Log into your SkySystemz (Direct Login Link) dashboard:
2. Once logged in, you should be in your web dashboard. Locate the sub menu, and select "Business Settings", and then select "Quickbook".
Dashboard > Business Settings > Quickbook
3. You will be presented with the quickbooks login, please select the option that says "Connect to QuickBooks" it will prompt you to login to QuickBooks.
Once you've logged in, your SkySystemz account will be able to communicate with QuickBooks!
